Our Treatment Process

Our Treatment Process

Our treatment process at Pendik Bolge Hospital is designed to be clear, safe, and comfortable for international patients and their families. From the moment you contact us, a dedicated coordinator guides you through what to expect, which documents to share, and how we prepare for your arrival. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty and make every step understandable.

Once you arrive, our multilingual team supports you with registration, interpretation, and any necessary diagnostics. Your specialists review the findings and explain a personalized plan covering options, benefits, possible risks, and timelines, so you can make informed decisions. We keep communication open with you and, if you wish, your doctor at home.

During treatment and recovery, we focus on comfort, safety, and smooth coordination. We provide clear instructions for medication, activity, and follow-up after you return home. Throughout, we maintain transparent costs and protect your medical privacy, so you always know where you stand and what comes next.
