Patient Rights and Responsibilities
1-GIVING INFORMATION
Our patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their health status to the doctors and nurses in charge of providing medical services.
2-COMPLIANCE WITH RECOMMENDATIONS
Our patients are also obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the doctor responsible for their treatment and to accept the fulfilment of the care plan by the relevant health personnel in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
3-REFUSAL OF PLANNED TREATMENT
Our patients are responsible for the consequences of refusing the treatment planned by their doctor.
4-INVESTIGATION AND TREATMENT EXPENSES
Our patients are obliged to cover their examination and treatment expenses.
5-COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH INSTITUTION RULES
Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of our hospital.
6-SHOWING RESPECT
Our patients are responsible for acting in accordance with the measures and rules to be taken by the hospital in disturbing situations such as noise, visitors, smoke that endanger patients and their relatives in the hospital.
7- INFECTION CONTROL
Our patients and relatives are responsible for being sensitive about all measures recommended to them to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
8-PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Our patients are responsible for paying their examination and treatment expenses. Patients and their relatives who deliberately damage fixtures and consumables are responsible for paying this.
9-PATIENT VISITOR
Our patients are obliged to accept as few visitors as possible at the same time, not to bring food, drinks, not to use the belongings of other patients, and to comply with the hospital visiting hours.
10- INAPPROPRIATE REQUEST
Our patients and their relatives cannot make inappropriate requests and requests outside the rules.
